A bill to provide emergency, humanitarian assistance and relief to the people of Lebanon, to amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.

Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to authorize the President to furnish assistance for relief and rehabilitation of refugees and other needy people of Lebanon.

Requires that such assistance be distributed, to the maximum extent practicable, under the auspices of the United Nations.
