A bill to require the Secretary of the Army to permit the burial in Arlington National Cemetery of all veterans and their eligible survivors.

Directs the Secretary of the Army to permit the burial in Arlington National Cemetery of: (1) any veteran who is entitled to burial in any cemetery within the National Cemetery System; (2) any survivor of any such veteran if such survivor is entitled to burial in the National Cemetery System; and (3) any other individual or class of individuals as may be designated by the President.

States that the interment of individuals eligible for burial in Arlington National Cemetery by reason of this Act shall be made in the order in which applications for such burial are received.

Allows the Secretary to impose a daily maximum number of burials of not less than 30-per day.
