Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park in the States of Alaska and Washington. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act, not to exceed $2,655,000 for land acquisition, and not more than $5,885,000 for development.
