A bill to require States to pass along to individuals who are recipients of aid or assistance under the Federal-State public assistance programs or under certain other Federal programs, and who are entitled to social security benefits, the full amount of the 1972 increase in such benefits, either by disregarding it in determining their need for assistance or otherwise.

Requires the States to entitle individuals who are recipients of aid or assistance under the public assistance programs of the Social Security Act, veterans benefits, food stamp assistance, or low-rent public housing assistance, and who are entitled to social security benefits to the full amount of the 1972 increase in such benefits by disregarding it in determining their need for such assistance.
