Directs the Secretary of the Interior to mark the sites of the Cherokee Strip in the States of Kansas and Oklahoma in commemoration of its opening on September 16, 1893, and its subsequent homesteading.
Authorizes the Secretary to assist in the maintenance and operation of the Cherokee Strip Living Museum at Arkansas City, Kansas.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
