Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to designate lands within specified areas for addition to the Colorado National Monument, Colorado, and to acquire any lands so designated or interests therein.

Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
