A bill to prohibit commercial flights by supersonic aircraft into or over the United States.

Makes it unlawful to operate a supersonic aircraft for a commercial flight in the navigable airspace of the United States until such aircraft meets the noise, environmental, and safety standards already established for other commercial aircraft.
