A bill to amend the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 to prohibit expenditures for intelligence gathering by clergymen.

Prohibits the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, or any other intelligence- gathering office or agency of the Department of Defense from using its funds to pay any clergyman or employee or affiliate of a religious organization for intelligence-gathering services.

Prohibits anyone from soliciting or accepting the services of such persons for such agencies or offices. Provides a penalty of up to a $10,000 fine or imprisonment for up to five years or both for violations of this Act.
