A bill to provide that local governments may be reimbursed for the cost of protective and security services provided by such governments in connection with visits by the President or Vice President of the United States.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to reimburse local governments not more than $15,000 per day for the cost of protection and security services to the President or Vice President while the President or Vice President are within the jurisdiction of such local government in an official capacity or attending a national convention of a political party.

Requires that such reimbursement be approved by the Attorney General under standards set forth in this Act.
