A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to exempt tax-supported public educational institutions which offer vocational courses from placement record requirements as a prerequisite to approval by the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs.

Exempts tax-supported public educational institutions which offer vocational courses from the requirement that placement records be submitted as a prerequisite to approval by the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs for educational benefits payments for veterans, war orphans, or widows. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1673(a)(2), 1723 (a)(2))
