Economic Coercion Act - Prohibits economic coercion by any business enterprise or representative of such enterprise based upon race, color, religion, national origin, or sex.
Authorizes any person aggrieved under this Act, or the Attorney General, to bring a civil action against the violator, in a United States District Court.
