A bill to provide for the personal safety of those persons engaged in furthering the foreign intelligence operations of the United States.

Imposes a fine of no more than $50,000 or imprisonment of not more than 50 years for disclosure of (1) the association of any individual or entity with the foreign intelligence operation of the United States, or (2) the identity of such individual where such disclosure may prejudice the safety of such individual.
