A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code and the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 for the purpose of designating certain electric weapons as destructive devices.

Redefines "destructive devices" under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 and the National Firearms Act to include specified electric weapons for purposes of regulation of the sale, manufacture, importation, transportation, and taxation of such weapons.
