A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide that certain persons with a service-connected disability of 30 percent or more, will have 2 years in which to apply for service disabled veterans Insurance (RH).

Provides that any person who is released from active military, naval, or air service, under other than dishonorable conditions on or after April 25, 1951 and is found to be disabled shall be granted insurance by the United States against the death of such person. States that if such a person shall suffer an increase in his service-connected disability to 30 percent or more, his application for such insurance must be received within two years from the date the increased service connection is determined by the Veterans' Administration.
