A bill to direct the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to conduct a scientific study to determine the relationship between amputations and cardiovascular disorders.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to make a scientific study to determine if there is a casual relationship between the amputation of an extremity and cardio-vascular disorders.

Requires the report of such study to include an analysis of cases in which amputee veterans are matched with nonamputee veterans of similar background. Directs that the report be sumitted to the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate not later than 90 days following the convening of the 95th Congress.
