A bill to require the provision of certain commissary, post exchange, and medical care privileges to veterans having service-connected disabilities rated at 30 percent or more.

Directs the Secretary of each military department to take such action as may be necessary to extend commissary, post exchange, and medical care privileges to veterans receiving compensation for service-connected disabilities rated at 30 percent or more. States that such privileges shall include those extended to former members of uniformed services who served in the Vietnam conflict and who were retired for disabilities rated at 30 percent or more.
