A bill to amend the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to prohibit an employer from requiring evidence of age of an applicant for a job.

Makes it unlawful, under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, to require evidence of age as a condition for employment, employment agency referral, or labor organization membership.
