A bill to amend section 9a of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, as amended, with respect to the operation of dams and reservoirs in the interest of recreational and other beneficial public uses.

Authorizes the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority to recognize and provide for recreational and other beneficial public uses while acting within its authority under the Tennessee Valley Authority Act.
