A bill to allow certain individuals who were given or administered a drug as part of an experiment to bring an action for damages against the United States.

Allows individuals who were given a drug as part of an experiment, while in the Armed Forces from January 1, 1945, to enactment of this Act, to bring an action for damages against the United States. Establishes a one-year Statute of Limitations for such claims.
