Authorizes the Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R.) to acquire and dispose of real and personal property consistent with its lawful purpose. Permits the D.A.R. to adopt a constitution, seal, and bylaws. Grants the society the sole and exclusive use of its name and such emblems, seals, and badges as were previously adopted or used by the society.
