A bill to suspend payments by the United States to the United Nations until the rescission by the United Nations of its resolution equating Zionism with racism.

Provides that, after the date of the enactment of this Act, no payments of any kind may be made by the United States to the United Nations or any affiliated agency of the United Nations until the General Assembly of the United Nations rescinds the resolution, adopted by the General Assembly on November 10, 1975, stating that Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination.
