A bill to provide for the payment of additional station per diem allowances in the case of members of the uniformed services captured during the Vietnam war.

Provides that members of the uniformed service who were captured and held as prisoners of war during the period of combatant activities in Vietnam shall be exempt from restrictions limiting per diem allowances to no more than 90 days in the case of members of the uniform services in missing status. Sets forth guidelines for the payment of allowances to such individuals.
