A bill to amend section 112 of title 28 of the United States Code to divide the Eastern Judicial District of New York into two divisions.

Divides the present eastern judicial district of New York into two divisions.

Authorizes the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to set the location of the court for the Long Island Division of the district severed under this Act. (Amends 28 U.S.C. 112(c))
