A bill to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.

Provides, under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, that a single grant may be awarded for the combined Federal share of the cost of preparing construction drawings and specifications, and the building and erection of treatment works when such works have an estimated total cost of $500,000 or less, and the population of the grantee municipality is 10,000 or less.
