A bill to authorize funds for assistance to local educational agencies for the education of Cambodian and Vietnamese refugees.
Indochina Refugee Children Assistance Act - Defines the terms used in this Act.
Directs the Commissioner of Education to make payments during the period beginning July 1, 1975, and ending June 30, 1976, to State and local educational agencies on the basis of entitlements created for the education of Indochina refugee children and for supplementary services for Indochina refugee children who are enrolled in private schools.
Authorizes grants to State educational agencies for purposes of technical assistance and leadership activities for fiscal year 1976.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as are necessary for fiscal year 1976 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
