A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code so as to entitle veterans of the Mexican border period and of World War I to pension on the same as veterans of the Spanish-American War to to entitle widows of such veterans to equivalent pensions.

Entitles specified veterans of the Mexican border period and of World War I and their widows and children to a veterans' pension benefit on the same basis as that accorded to veterans of the Spanish American War and their widows and children, respectively.
