A bill to amend section 521(d) of title 38, United States Code, to increase the amount payable to a veteran in receipt of aid and attendance to $140.

Increases the amount payable to veterans of the Mexican border period, World War I, World War II, the Korean conflict and the Vietnam era in receipt of aid and attendance by $30. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 521(d))
