A bill to revise the Renegotiation Act of 1951.
Renegotiation Act Amendments - Extends for five years (until December 31, 1980) the authority of the Renegotiation Board.
Stipulates the term of office and political affiliation limitations for Board members. Sets forth the authority and functions of Chairman of the Board, and administration and powers of the Board.
Sets forth penalties for failure to file specified statements or filing misleading information under such Act.
Authorizes appropriations of sums necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
