A bill to amend title 10 to the United States Code to apply cost-of-living increases to annuities payable under the Retired Serviceman's Family Protection Plan and to continue payment of annuities under such plan to widows or widowers who remarry at age 60 or thereafter, and to provide for the recomputation of annuities payable under such plan to certain widows.
