Provides, under the Social Security Act, that recipients of supplemental security income benefits, recipients of aid or assistance under the various Federal-State public assistance and medicaid programs, and recipients of assistance or benefits under the veterans' pension and compensation programs and other specified Federal and federally assisted programs, including the food stamp and low rent public housing programs, will not have the amount of such benefits, aid, or assistance reduced because of post-1973 increases in monthly social security benefits.
