Authorizes the appropriation of an additional $4,500,000 for the acquisition of land within the Boundary Waters Canoe Area of the Superior National Forest in Minnesota.
Authorizes the use of such appropriations for the payment of court judgments in condemnation actions brought under authority of the Act establishing such area, regardless of the date such actions were instituted.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to submit to the Congress on March 1 of each year 1977 through 1980 a report concerning acquisition of land under the Act.
