A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code in order to provide for greater penalties for persons convicted of conspiring to commit any offense against the United States or to defraud the United States.

Increases the monetary penalties for persons convicted of conspiring to commit any offense against the United States or to defraud the United States. Establishes a monetary penalty of $1,000,000 in the case of a corporation, and $100,000 in the case of an individual.

Eliminates the penalty of imprisonment for conspiracy to commit any offense or to defraud the United States.
