A bill to amend section 226 of the Social Security Act to make inapplicable, in the case of individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis, the present requirement that an individual under age 65 must have been entitled to benefits based on disability for at least 24 consecutive months in order to qualify for medicare benefits.

Makes inapplicable, in the case of individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis, the present requirement that an individual under age 65 must have been entitled to benefits based on disability under title II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act for at least 24 consecutive months in order to qualify for medicare benefits.
