Authorizes a fine of not more than $25,000, (presently $1,000); or imprisonment for one year, or both, for anyone who promises any employment made possible by any Act of Congress to anyone as consideration for political activity.
Authorizes a fine of not more than $25,000, (presently $1,000), or imprisonment for one year, or both, for anyone who directly or indirectly deprives any person of employment or other benefit made possible in whole or part by an act of Congress on account of race, creed, color or any political activity.
