A bill to amend the act of April 7, 1954, which preserved within Manassas National Battlefield Park, Va., important historic properties relating to the battles of Manassas.

Establishes as the boundaries of the Manassas National Battlefield Park, Virginia, the boundaries depicted on the map entitled "Boundary Map, Manassas National Battlefield Park" dated May 5, 1975.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire by donation, purchase, or exchange, lands and interests including scenic easements, located within the boundaries. Authorizes the acquisition of lands adjacent to the Park if such acquisition would be a significant contribution to the historical purpose of the park.

Sets forth the rights of owners of residences located within park boundaries.
