Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to (1) participate in studies in cooperation with other nations and international organizations; (2) sponsor international natural resources and energy meetings and conferences of a nongovernmental nature; and (3) provide financial support for visits to the United States by representatives of other nations and international organizations pertaining to natural resources and energy programs.
Authorizes up to $500,000 to be appropriated to carry out activities authorized by this Act.
