Makes it unlawful for any packer or meat retailer or meat purveyor to slaughter at any one location during any calendar week more than one hundred head of cattle, three hundred head of hogs, and three hundred head of lambs, which were owned prior to slaughter for a period in excess of twenty days by a meat retailer or by a meat packer or meat dealer, or by other specified persons.
Sets forth fines for violations of this Act.
