A bill to amend section 600 and section 601 of title 18, United States Code, relating to the granting or deprivation of benefits provided for or made possible by any Act of Congress, on the basis of political activity.

Revises the United States Criminal Code to make unlawful the deprivation or attempted deprivation of benefits provided in whole or in part by any Act of Congress on account of race, creed, color, or any political activity.

Increases the maximum penalty for the unlawful promise of employment or other benefit for political activity, or the deprivation of employment or other benefit for political activity to $25,000.
