A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide that no reduction be made in plot or interment allowances paid by the administrator of Veterans' Affairs to reimburse costs assumed by State or local governments in the case of veterans buried in cemeteries which are owned by State or local governments and used solely or primarily for the interment of veterans.
