Directs the Secretary of Defense to: (1) bring to the United States the remains of an American who lost his life while serving overseas during the Vietnam conflict and whose identity has not been established; and (2) provide for the burial of such unknown American in the Memorial Amphitheater of the National Cemetery at Arlington, Virginia, near or beside the remains of the Unknown American Soldier of the First World War. Authorizes appropriations for such purposes.
