A bill to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and of the district courts in certain cases.

Withdraws jurisdiction from the Supreme Court to review any case relating to assigning or requiring any public school student to attend a particular school because of his race, creed, color, or sex.

States that district courts shall not have jurisdiction in such cases.
