A bill to amend chapter 67 of title 10, United States Code, to grant eligibility for retired pay to certain reservists who did not perform active duty before August 16, 1945, and for other purposes.

Provides that members who belonged to the Reserve of an armed force before August 16, 1945, shall be eligible for retirement pay provided they performed active duty after August 13, 1961, and before May 31, 1963, or after August 4, 1964, and before the date designated by proclamation of the President or concurrent resolution of the Congress; or provided they performed at least 20 years of service after August 15, 1945.
