A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to permit the payment of child's insurance benefits to a minor child legally adopted by an individual entitled to old-age or disability insurance benefits (whether the adoption occurred before or after such individual became so entitled) if such child was living with and being supported by such individual for a year immediately before filing application for such child's insurance benefits.

Permits the payment of child's insurance benefits, under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, to a minor child legally adopted by an individual entitled to such benefits (whether the adoption occurred before or after such individual became so entitled) if such child was living with and being supported by such individual for a year immediately before filing application for such child's insurance benefits.
