Excludes, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, all of a woman's child-rearing years in the computation of her benefits. Permits an uninsured wife of an insured individual to qualify for wife's benefits at age sixty-two even though such individual has not yet become eligible for old-age or disability benefits. Provides that a person entitled to mother's benefits may continue to receive such benefits (without regard to age) even after the children of the insured individual have ceased to be entitled to child's benefits. Provides coverage under the old-age, survivors, and disability program for service performed by a child under the age of 18 in the employ of his or her father or mother.
