Authorizes the conveyance of specified public and acquired lands in the State of Nevada to Mineral County, Nevada, upon payment to the United States of the appraised value of the land.
Stipulates that any of the property not purchased within five years will remain the property of the United States.
States that the county shall have six months from the date of notification to purchase the tract.
Provides that after the date of enactment of this Act the lands specified in this Act shall be segregated from all forms of appropriation under the public land laws.
