A bill to amend title 42 of the United States Code for the purposes of reducing the minimum claim for entitlement to a hearing and judicial review of medicare claims.

Reduces the minimum claim from $100 to $25 for entitlement to a hearing by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare and from $1000 to $250 for entitlement to judicial review of medicare claims.
