A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act and chapter 21 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to eliminate the provisions which presently exclude from coverage under the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance program any service performed by an individual in the employ of his or her spouse or by a child in the employ of his or her parent.
