Establishes a nine-member National Commission on Social Security. Requires the Commission to study and investigate titles II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) and XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act.
Requires that annual reports be submitted to Congress and the President. Terminates the existence of the Commission after it files its fourth annual report.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this resolution.
