Joint resolution to authorize the President to implement the provisions of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the United States and Spain, signed at Madrid on January 24, 1976.

Authorizes the President to implement the provisions of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the United States and Spain.

Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be required for the purpose of carrying out the programs and activities provided for in such Agreement.

Provides that with respect to the provisions of the Agreement relating to modernizing and maintaining the aircraft control and warning network in Spain, the United States contribution of not to exceed $50,000,000 shall be financed from the Department of Defense appropriations.
