=Title II:= Appropriates: (1) $528,420,000 for comprehensive manpower assistance (to remain available until September 30, 1976) to the Department of Labor; (2) $1,200,000 for temporary employment assistance (to remain available until January 31, 1977) to the Department of Labor; (3) $55,900,000 for community service employment for older Americans (to remain available until June 30, 1977) to the Department of Labor; (4) $135,064,000 for a nationwide influenza immunization program (to remain available until expended) to the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare; and (5) $23,000,000 for community services program (to remain available until September 30, 1976) to the Community Services Administration.
